Troubleshooting Steps

Pro tip: If after plugging in your PC and switching On the Power Supply your motherboard has a blue shining light, that indicates it is receiving power. If your PC does not boot up, here are a few things to try before giving us a call:

Carefully check the 24-pin motherboard connector highlighted in the image. Press down on the latch to release the cable, then gently wiggle it out. Once removed, reconnect it firmly until you hear or feel it click into place, ensuring a secure connection.

Gently disconnect the CPU power cable located at the top left of the PC. Press down on the latch to release it, then carefully wiggle the cable out. Once disconnected, securely reconnect the cable by pushing it back in until it clicks into place.

Finally, disconnect the PCIe power cable connected to the graphics card by gently pressing the latch and pulling it out. Reseat the cable firmly until it clicks into place, then try booting up the PC again.
